Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on theflowerdeliverycompany.co.nz are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
All flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, we will always use the prettiest and freshest blooms available to equal value. Gift basket items, containers and vases are subject to availability on the day of delivery and may be substituted.
The Flower Delivery Company delivers flowers and gift baskets Auckland wide. Delivery is free for flowers and gift baskets within the Auckland metro region. Areas that require a delivery surcharge are outlined on our Delivery page and will be quoted at the time of checkout when you select the correct suburb.
The Flower Delivery Company uses trusted external courier companies to deliver bouquets and gift baskets. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect The Flower Delivery Company will not refund any payment. Re-delivery to a correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. If you wish to send the order again it will be at full expense.
We love flowers and are totally dedicated to providing the finest quality and freshest flowers at excellent prices. So we guarantee that all of our flowers will last at least 7 days! If you feel your flowers or gift didn’t arrive in the best condition or have not lasted as they should, let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on 0800 238 890. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded if we haven't yet picked and arranged your flowers or gift. Due to the perishable nature of our items we are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and/or are in the process of being delivered.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, trademarks and graphics. You are not permitted to reproduce the documents, information or materials on the website for the purposes of sale or the use by any third party. In particular you are not permitted to republish, upload, transmit electronically or otherwise or distribute any of the materials, documents or products that may be available for download from time to time on this website.
The Flower Delivery Company sells alcohol as gifts. In accordance with the The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by a adult.
